Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we explain on this page how Yend processes your personal data and your rights.
Under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Yend. Your personal data is processed for the purposes explained below, in line with the law and good-faith principles. Contact: info@yend.app
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing: any operation including obtaining, recording, storing, transferring and deleting data. Data subject: the natural person whose personal data is processed (you).
Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter; your name, email and message when you use the contact form; and, on your visit, IP address, browser/device information and navigation records for security and statistics. No special categories of personal data are collected.
Your data is processed to answer your requests and complaints, send newsletters/announcements, ensure the security and continuity of the site, fulfil legal obligations and improve service quality.
Processing relies on explicit consent for newsletter subscriptions (Art. 5/1); the establishment/performance of a contract for contact requests; and legitimate interest and statutory grounds (Art. 5/2) for security, statistics and legal obligations.
We use cookies strictly necessary for the site to function, plus optional, anonymized analytics cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences via the cookie notice or your browser settings.
Sensitive fields are encrypted as key-derived secret emoji ciphertext using the EPC-256 architecture, and communications are protected with TLS. Technical and administrative measures are reviewed regularly; even in a leak the content cannot be read without the key.
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe and technical/security logs for up to 12 months. Upon expiry or your request, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Transfers to providers such as hosting and email are made only to deliver the service and under KVKK Art. 8-9 with appropriate safeguards (explicit consent or Standard Contractual Clauses where required).
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information if so; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; request correction if incomplete/incorrect; request deletion/destruction within legal conditions; have these notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to results arising solely from automated analysis; and request compensation for damages.
You can submit requests regarding your rights to info@yend.app or via the contact form. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the response, you reserve the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
